Terms And Conditions

In the interest of the smooth running of the nursery we would like you to take note of the following conditions. These conditions will ensure that the nursery maintains its high standard of care and safety for the children. 

A minimum of four sessions are required as this helps children to settle in. We regret that we are unable to swap sessions on a temporary basis.

 

When a child becomes unwell whilst in our care we will contact either you or your designated adult to collect your child. Any infectious childhood illnesses will require your child to be excluded from the nursery for an appropriate period to prevent the spread of infection within the nursery.

 

In the event of a child missing sessions, we must be informed as soon as possible.

 

Parents are asked to provide formula milk for babies, for children of all ages a change of clothes, and appropriate clothing e.g. coats and sun hats.

 

For any persons authorised to collect your child we must have their photo and details on your photo identity form or we must have form of identification. If this is not arranged we are unable to allow your child to leave the premises for safety reasons.

Four weeks notice in writing must be given when withdrawing a child or decreasing the days of attendance otherwise fee’s will be charged.

 

We request fee’s to be paid in advance on the 1st of each month. We accept payment by internet banking, childcare vouchers and government funding.

 

We are OFSTED registered enabling us to apply for nursery funding when your child is eligible.

 

We accept children from the ages of 3 months to 5 years.

 

Morning and afternoon snacks are provided.

Breakfast is provided between 8am and 9am

Nutritious home made meals providing a balanced diet are supplied for children staying all day.

 

Half rate fee’s are payable for a two week holiday period in one calendar year.

 

The nursery will be closed for approximately 7 days at Christmas for which half rate fee’s will be charged, excluding the statutory bank holidaysat this time.

 

If you require a place for two siblings we offer a 10% discount for the eldest child.
